About The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Vodafone retail store team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales and management skills who is eager to develop and progress in their career.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daytoday running of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading the team to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and exceed sales targets while motivating and coaching the team.
* Support with daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding experience.
* Assist in managing staff, including training and development.
* Step in as the Store Manager when required.
What We're Looking For
* A proven track record of achieving targets.
* Experience in managing or supervising a team.
* A passion for delivering sales results and outstanding customer service.
* Confidence in handling queries from both staff and customers.
* Ambition to grow within the company.
