Its operations are underpinned by a strong emphasis on quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction, with a 24/7 service model tailored to global demands.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems and equipment to ensure optimal facility operations.Assist with upgrades and modifications to building systems and equipment as needed.Review assigned work orders, assess required time and materials, and complete repairs efficiently. Use available systems to track progress and completion.Support energy efficiency initiatives by ensuring all systems operate at peak performance.Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary to complete maintenance tasks.Conduct inspections of existing installations to verify compliance with building codes and safety standards.Apply established procedures to resolve routine issues, with limited discretion in decision-making.Execute tasks based on clearly defined responsibilities, methods, and processes, under close supervision and guidance.What You Will Need to SucceedHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school certification required, along with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
