LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Construction Manager to join an innovative and rapidly growing Biopharmaceutical company in Limerick.

Construction Manager to lead, co-ordinate and deliver projects on-site in Limerick supporting and optimizing throughout.
ABOUT THE PROJECT - EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:
Role Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company and statutory requirements.
Demonstrate, promote and acknowledge positive behaviours to develop a proactive safety culture on site, Identify and prevent unsafe behaviors, defects.
Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred but not essential
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Construction, Civil or related field).
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager, ideally on ideally in the biopharma or life sciences sector.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.
Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and technical drawings.
