Role Description
You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers — ensuring they get maximum value from our training platform and services. You’ll onboard new clients, build long‑term relationships, and work closely with internal teams to ensure every customer’s experience is smooth, efficient, and positive.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and efficiency
Support onboarding and training for new customers on our online learning platform
Monitor customer activity and proactively reach out to assist with renewals, usage, or training needs
Work closely with the sales and support teams to resolve issues and share customer feedback
Required Skills
Strong communication skills — confident on the telephone and in writing
Computer literate with solid proficiency in MS Office applications, SaaS, and cloud‑based environments
Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
At least 1–2 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client‑facing role
Desired Skills
Experience in e‑learning, SaaS, or compliance training environments
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or similar online platforms
Experience in logistics or related industry desirable, but not essential
