Job OverviewWe are seeking a Desktop IT Support Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing Desktop Support to our customers, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft 365, DNS management, hosting services, and general IT desktop supportKey ResponsibilitiesProvide support to customers via phone, email, onsite and ticketing system.Manage password resets and user account support for Microsoft 365 and other platforms.Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 issues, including email and licensing queries.Provide onsite support in conjunction with Engineering Team.Assist customers with hosting-related queries, including website and email hosting support.Diagnose and escalate complex technical issues to Team members.Maintain records of customer interactions within CRM system.Provide professional and friendly technical assistance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum 18 months experience in technical customer facing role.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to support customers effectively.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of networking principles.BenefitsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €26,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingApplication question(s):Do you currently reside on the Island of Ireland?Location:Drogheda, County Louth (required)Work Location: In person
