The Company:

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic tax plans to optimize the organization's tax position while ensuring full compliance with Irish and international tax laws and regulations.
* Provide expert tax advice to senior management and stakeholders on complex domestic and international tax issues, including transfer pricing, corporate restructuring, and cross-border transactions, while mitigating tax risks.
* Lead and mentor the tax team, fostering a high-performance culture, overseeing workloads, and ensuring the professional development of team members to maintain technical excellence.
* Act as the primary point of contact with the Irish Revenue Commissioners, tax auditors, and external advisors, managing audits, queries, and negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes for the organization.
* Oversee accurate tax reporting, including the preparation and review of corporate tax returns, VAT, and other tax filings, as well as managing tax provisions, forecasting, and ensuring timely payments.
Your Experience:
* Must be ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, with a strong academic background and a proven track record in tax advisory and compliance. A minimum of 8-10 years experience in a senior tax role.
* Demonstrated ability to provide strategic tax advice, manage complex tax projects, and support business objectives, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and cross-border tax planning.
* Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships with senior leadership, external advisors, and tax authorities.
