About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant to our Head of Operations to provide ad hoc operational support as tasks arise. This role is ideal for someone adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide variety of administrative and coordination responsibilities on short notice.

The position is flexible and task-based, with workload varying depending on operational needs

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Providing general administrative support across operations
* Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments
* Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
* Maintaining and updating internal systems, databases, and records
* Assisting with process documentation and workflow improvements
* Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Supporting project coordination and task tracking
* Handling compliance-related documentation where required
* Managing ad hoc operational issues as they arise
* Assisting leadership with priority and time-sensitive requests

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to prioritise shifting tasks in a dynamic environment
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach

Working Arrangement

* Full time Monday - Friday. Occasional Saturdays as they arise.
* 8.30am - 5pm

Reporting To

Head of Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €16.00-€19.00 per hour
