Marketing Executive - fully office based Overview Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join their in-house marketing team.
This is a hands-on, design-focused role ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership, working across multiple channels, and seeing projects through from concept to delivery.
This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping how the brand is presented across digital platforms, print materials, events and social media.
The successful candidate will be visually creative, digitally confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities - fully office based Creative & Design Design and produce a broad range of marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, promotional literature, presentations, newsletters and digital assets.
Manage the full creative lifecycle from initial concept through to final artwork and print-ready files.
Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Liaise with external printers and suppliers as required.
Website & Digital Marketing Manage and update website content, including product information, imagery and promotional messaging.
Deliver digital campaigns and website updates with a focus on accuracy, presentation and user experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance website content and structure.
Support digital marketing activity including SEO, email campaigns and paid advertising initiatives.
Take ownership of all social media channels.
Plan, design and schedule engaging content aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
Track engagement and performance, using insights to optimise future content.
Events & Marketing Support Coordinate marketing activity for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and sponsored events.
Design event-related collateral and ensure consistent brand presentation across all touchpoints.
Support the Marketing & Communications Manager with ongoing campaigns and projects.
Candidate Requirements Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are essential).
Proven experience creating marketing collateral for both print and digital use.
Experience managing and updating websites, ideally in a product-led or eCommerce environment.
Good understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing and social media.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
