A well-established main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across Ireland is now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for an upcoming project in Cork.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
* Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
* Work closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and wider site team to meet project milestones and client expectations.
* Maintain site records, progress reports, and quality control documentation.
* Lead site meetings and liaise with design teams, consultants, and clients as required.
Requirements
* Degree or trade qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed‑use projects.
* Strong technical and coordination skills with a proactive attitude.
* Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Location: Cork, County Cork, Ireland
Salary: €80,000.00 – €90,000.00
