We are currently seeking a Senior Client Services Officer fluent in German or Italian to join our Dublin-based Investor Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This position comes with a comprehensive benefits package and a strong possibility of extension or permanency for the right candidate.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for investors and distributors, delivering high-quality service via email and telephone. Your language skills will play a crucial role in ensuring clear, professional communication with clients across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Operations

* Respond to standard and ad-hoc investor and distributor queries, particularly in French, German, Italian, or Spanish
* Answer phone calls professionally, ensuring a positive client experience
* Generate both routine and bespoke client and regulatory reports
* Assist with documentation intake and verification processes
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries promptly and efficiently
* Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely follow-up
* Maintain up-to-date procedures and checklists
* Contribute to team projects, workshops, and weekly meetings
* Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to client inquiries in line with service level agreements
* Log and manage all interactions using internal CRM systems
* Proactively identify and communicate issues, suggesting solutions when possible
* Participate in cross-training for role flexibility and backup coverage
* Support colleagues during periods of high volume or staff absence
* Highlight recurring issues to help improve processes and service delivery
* Demonstrate ownership of your tasks and a collaborative approach to team success
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in handling investor instructions to mitigate financial and reputational risk
* Maintain a strong workflow and contribute to the team’s overall operational efficiency
* Act as a reliable point of contact for investors and distributors

Key Stakeholders

* Internal teams in Dublin, Luxembourg, and Kuala Lumpur
* Team leads, managers, and department leadership

Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Shareholder Services or similar financial operations environment
* Proven customer service experience in a high-volume setting
* Good understanding of the funds industry
* Fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish, in addition to fluent English

Preferred:

* Experience in a call centre, Transfer Agency, or financial services operations environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and investor query management tool
