Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking for an experienced business development manager/account manager to drive growth in the Irish food service sector.
Business Development Manager Job Description:
The role involves working out on the road three days a week and office-based two days a week.
Creatively develop and execute a commercial strategy that drives revenue and profit.
Establish new growth opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
Effectively manage budgets and analyse financial performance.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
Contribute to product development and branding strategies.
Work closely with internal teams.
Key Skills Required:
Proven experience in business development and sales within the Irish fresh food industry.
A strong understanding of food service distribution in Ireland, with established relationships in the industry.
Experience in sales reporting and producing P&L reports.
A full clean driving licence.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
A willingness and ability to travel extensively across Ireland.
What We Offer:
This role comes with a basic salary of 50k, plus bonus incentives.
