We are looking for a talentedEvent Designerwith a focus on 3D Design and graphic experience to join our team. This would be aJunior - Midlevel position within design.In this role, you'll act as a key connector between our design, experiential, and production departments - bringing ideas to life from initial concept through to build, installation, and final delivery. You will contribute to a wide range of projects across events, activations, education, behavioural science, and corporate experiences, helping shape impactful moments for some of Ireland's leading brands.ResponsibilitiesServe as a link between the design, events/experiential, and production teams.Take full ownership of production briefs - from concept development through production, build, and installation.Create compelling presentation materials that clearly communicate concepts, event layouts, and creative ideas for pitches and project briefings.Lead production design and art working requirements for event environments and branded setups.Develop event branding and graphic assets in line with client brand guidelines.Conduct onsite surveys and gather technical requirements when needed.Deliver all graphic production outputs within agreed timelines.Manage production design revisions efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.Liaise with graphics, production teams, print suppliers, contractors, and fabrication partners to ensure flawless execution.Liaise directly with clients to clarify briefs, gather requirements, present concepts, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Build positive client relationships by providing updates, addressing feedback, and ensuring all deliverables meet agreed standards.Assist senior project leads in the planning, coordination, and delivery of live experiences, activations, and branded events.Participate in project debriefs and reviews to support continuous improvement.Skills & Requirements3–5 years' experience in event design, production design, or within a creative/event/marketing agency environment.A relevant qualification in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or similar preferred.Knowledge of construction, fabrication, or materials is an advantage.Proficiency of 3D design / rendering software (Vectorworks, Sketchup, Enscape, VRay etc)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Knowledge of technical drawing, space plannign and layouts is an advantage.Proficient in designing structured, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for pitches and client communications.Comfortable working within the Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills and fluency in English.Enthusiastic about the events and experiential industry, with an interest in current trends, styles, and creative approaches.Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute to a close-knit multidisciplinary team.Flexible working hours - potential outside of hour works due to the industry on certain occasionsMotivated, positive attitude with a desire to grow and develop within the company.What We OfferA creative culture that values curiosity, innovation, and bold ideas.Opportunities to work across a diverse range of projects, including education programmes, behavioural science initiatives, brand activations, live events, experiential campaigns, and corporate learning experiences.The chance to collaborate with some of the largest and most respected brands in Ireland.A dynamic, supportive, and cross-functional team environment in a growing company with a strong track record and a clear vision for future expansion - offering space for you to shape your career.Overtime and time-in-lieu options.Hybrid/flexible working arrangements.Full-time positionSalary – €36,000 - €48,000 DOE
