We are currently seeking a Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a Service Support Specialist, you will work in a well-established service environment, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and providing technical assistance and guidance throughout the warranty and service processes. You will also be responsible for booking vehicles for service and repairs.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the front service counter, greeting customers and ensuring they receive excellent customer service from check-in to return of their vehicle.
* Act as the main point of contact for customers booking vehicles for service work, resolving any issues that may arise regarding vehicle problems and repair timelines.
* Generate documentation related to customer bookings, including agreeing on costs and timelines with customers.
* Hand over vehicles to customers, explaining any issues related to the work or future work required.
* Invoice and collect payment from customers for services completed, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
* Maintain accurate recording of stock into and out of the system, supplying detailed parts quotations as needed.
* Process aftersales administration, including the processing of warranty claims when required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure workload efficiently.
* A full and clean driving license is required.
