It is a global business with over 2,900 employees across 10 business units and 13 production facilities.With ambitious growth plans, it is seeking to appoint aLegal Counselto play a pivotal role in supporting both its UK and European operations.The OpportunityThis is an exciting role for a5+ PQE lawyerwith strong commercial experience, ideally gained in FMCG, food or beverage. Reporting into theHead of Legal in Dublin, you will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping the legal framework of a fast-moving international business.You will:Act as the first point of contact for all UK legal matters, advising on commercial agreements, marketing initiatives and regulatory compliance.Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts including sales, distribution, sponsorship, procurement, logistics and digital services.Advise on marketing and promotional activities, working closely with regulatory and IP colleagues.Lead on compliance initiatives across sustainability, data privacy, competition, anti-bribery and cyber security.Manage disputes, litigation and settlements, liaising with external counsel where required.Proactively identify risks and guide colleagues with practical, business-oriented solutions.About YouThe successful candidate will bring:5+ years' PQE with a strong commercial contracts background.Previous in-house experience, ideally within FMCG or food & beverage.Intellectual property experience (preferred but not essential).A collaborative, commercially-minded approach with strong influencing and communication skills.Ability to work autonomously, prioritise a diverse workload, and partner effectively with functions including marketing, innovation, procurement and sustainability.Why Apply?Exposure to both Irish/UK and international legal matters across two high-profile divisions.Hybrid working model – 3 days in the Dublin office with flexibility on hours.Be part of a supportive, ambitious and growing international legal team.
