Supervisor / Team Leader Contract: 12 month contract - immediate vacancy Salary: €43K We are looking for an organised and motivated Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our office and support team performance. This role involves coordinating staff workloads, maintaining service standards, supporting office operations, and ensuring efficient communication with members, hospitals, consultants, and external providers. The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy General Manager and General Manager, helping to maintain high-quality service delivery while supporting staff development, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily office operations and support efficient workflow across the team. Allocate and monitor workloads to ensure service standards and deadlines are met. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, leave requests, and office coverage. Provide guidance and support to team members and assist with performance management. Handle customer and service-related queries and escalate issues where required. Monitor quality and accuracy of work to maintain high standards. Conduct regular staff check-ins, reviews, and training sessions. Support onboarding and general staff wellbeing initiatives. Maintain records, reports, and attendance tracking systems. Ensure compliance with GDPR, confidentiality, and company procedures. Support health and safety practices within the workplace. Act as the main contact for staff IT issues and liaise with external IT providers. Assist with the introduction of new systems and operational processes. Manage office supplies and contribute to maintaining a professional office environment. Supervise remote working arrangements to ensure consistency and productivity. Oversee the import and export of weekly and monthly files. Assist in updating and simplifying workflow and training manuals. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or office management role. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage workloads and support team performance effectively. Experience handling administrative processes and customer queries. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Comfortable working with IT systems and external service providers. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims administration. Knowledge of GDPR and workplace compliance procedures. Experience supervising remote or hybrid teams.
