We're now looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our team in Limerick and take our online and offline presence to the next level.
The Role
As our Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to grow our brand, increase customer engagement, and drive leads and sales. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Limerick branch.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Create engaging campaigns to promote stock, special offers, and events.
* Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
* Design marketing materials (digital & print) including graphics, posters, and email newsletters.
* Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance.
* Work with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
* Manage website updates and online listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
* Organise and promote local events and sponsorships to grow community presence.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in social media management and marketing (ideally 2+ years).
* Strong understanding of digital advertising and analytics.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Ability to create engaging content (photo, video, graphics).
* Knowledge of SEO and website content management is an advantage.
* Highly organised, creative, and able to work independently.
* A genuine interest in the motor industry is a plus, but not essential.
