Job Summary

About the Role
Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring robust planning, risk management, and resource allocation. Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement within a high-performing PMO team. Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery and provide regular reports to senior executives and governance bodies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of long-term programmes and budgets* Manage resource allocation, monitoring expenditures, and integrated resource plans* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and governance
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in project and programme management, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors* Proven leadership and budget management skills* Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills* Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline; professional certification desirable* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in all project activities
