Your career at Deutsche Börse GroupYou Area of WorkCorporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge for end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes, as well as Deutsche Börse Group's Reference Data Platform.We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group's success.Our mission is simple – Make IT RunYour ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite support to users, ensuring immediate resolution of technical issues and hands-on assistance with hardware and software. (No forwarding of problems)Ensure incident information is recorded completely as well as the resolutionHandout and receive returned hardware (Mobile Phone, Laptop, Tablet, ...) incl. user support during device initialization / user trainingPresenting new hardware on different occasions to different user groupsFirst level support of AV Hardware incl. troubleshooting, regular check-ups (incl. replacement in case of need) in conference rooms. Technology basis is Microsoft Teams Rooms.Setup of new devices or returned deviceOwnership and responsibility of User satisfactionRepresenting Corporate IT to ensure a "one of a kind" user experienceSupport projects and initiativesCreate and review statistical informationAccountable for our local hardware managementVIP Support (Executive Board and Supervisory Board)Your ProfileUniversity degree in computer science or a comparable educationExperience in providing IT-Support (User Helpdesk – 1st & 2nd Level)Excellent Windows 11, MS-Office and other Microsoft products knowledgeExperience in working with LinuxExperience in working with and supporting end user devices (notebooks, tablets, Mac, iPad)Experience supporting iOS & android mobile devicesExperience with SAP ticket system and remote toolsExcellent German and English skills complete your profileAnalytical thinking & problem resolution skillsStrong service, resolution and target achievement driveStrong social Competence, self-motivation and assertiveness
