We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounting department.
Duties
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
* Reconcile financial statements
* Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage for data entry and reporting
* Assist with payroll processing
* Prepare financial reports for management review
Qualifications
* Previous experience in accounts payable or receivable
* Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
