Job Title: Delivery Excellence Manager
As a Delivery Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving delivery excellence within our cybersecurity teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, secure, and impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coach and facilitate Agile principles and best practices across teams to promote continuous improvement.
* Develop and mentor existing/future business analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Guide teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
* Identify and address blockers and dependencies across teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
* Collaborate closely with operational managers to refine, prioritize, and align backlogs with business objectives.
* Monitor and report on team performance using data-driven insights to drive improvement.
* Enhance the use of Azure DevOps across operations to establish efficient workflows.
* Build and monitor Azure DevOps and Power BI dashboards for future metrics.
* Support project managers and operational managers in capacity planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience working with cybersecurity teams or in highly secure/regulated sectors (e.g., finance, government, defense).
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team dependencies and align delivery with strategic priorities.
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
