Retail Team Leader
Salary: €16.70 per hour + Enhancements
Location: Exeter

As a Retail Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites. The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Days: Monday - Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7 day working pattern and there is the possibility flexibility in the working days per week if required)
Hours of Work: Varied Shift patterns AM and PM

You will be expected to ensure the following within your team:

10. Stock Counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame
11. Team productivity is monitored and improved where possible
Person Specification:
12. A Full Driving License
13. Outstanding customer service skills
14. The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
15. Basic IT skills
16. The ability to remain focused when under pressure
17. Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
18. Willingness and ability to travel
Full training in our systems and client procedures will be provided.
