Allied Outsourcing Services seeks full time Accounting professionals to join in the positions of Associate, Senior Associate, and Accounting Supervisor.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and handle full set of accounts for different clients and ensure timely record of accounting transactions
Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, monthly HR/Payroll processing and quarterly GST filing
Checking, verifying and processing expenses submitted by clients
Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorised and recorded in accordance with accounting best practices
Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports.
Ensure timely and accurate month end-closing and financial reporting
Compiling Unaudited Financial Statements in accordance with SFRS
Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Pursuing/ Qualifications in ACCA, or Accounting, Tax or Business Degree/Diploma
At least 2 years of relevant experience for Associates and 4 years of relevant experience for Senior Associates in Accounting related environments
For Senior Associate roles and above, experience supervising staff/team is required
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of Singapore compliance laws with ACRA, IRAS and CPF Board
good knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud based accounting and payroll software such as QuickBooks on-line, XERO and/or JustLogin
Proficient in MS Office applications

Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility
Self-driven and self-motivated, amiable personality and a good team player
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Fast learner, hardworking, meticulous, takes initiative, and have interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in an accounting, audit or tax firm is an advantage
