Lead Store Performance
We're looking for an experienced leader to drive store performance and take full ownership of team development, operational excellence, customer engagement, and compliance.
* Spearhead high standards for overall store performance, visual presentation, and merchandising to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience.
* Elevate every customer interaction to an exceptional standard, reinforcing a strong culture of service throughout the team.
* Champion compliance with all internal policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations, including full adherence to HACCP requirements.
* Develop your team by providing ongoing training, regular feedback, and setting clear expectations for performance and conduct.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams of 10 or more in a retail environment.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong commercial understanding with a track record in analysing sales and improving store performance.
* Familiarity with Planograms, including interpretation and implementation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
