Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
This role is ideal for an experienced solicitor who wants to specialize in residential conveyancing, leasing, and probate applications. The successful candidate will work with clients from the beginning of a transaction through to its completion.
About the Role:
* Acting on behalf of buyers and sellers in all areas of residential conveyancing;
* Providing services related to residential leases for landlords and tenants;
* Involvement in re-mortgaging properties as well as probate applications and will drafting;
We are looking for someone who can report directly to a supervising partner.

To excel in this position you must have excellent computer skills. Proficiency with case management systems, Excel reporting capabilities, ability to prioritize tasks under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines is essential. Your attention to detail should be exceptional along with ability to work independently or part of team when required.
