Job Title:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team on an 8 month contract. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
* Negotiating contractual agreements with clients
* Providing expert legal advice to the Head of Legal and other senior lawyers
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Solicitor/Lawyer qualification (4-6 years pqe)
* Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is essential
