In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding on a variety of materials, including stainless steel and aluminum.

Responsibilities Set up and operate TIG welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand welding requirements and specifications.
Perform quality inspections on welds to ensure they meet visual and technical standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize welding processes and improve efficiencies in production.
Maintain welding equipment in proper working condition through regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all welding operations.
Document work completed, including welding processes and any issues encountered during production.
Participate in training programs to enhance welding skills and stay updated on new techniques and technologies.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification in TIG welding preferred.
Proven experience as a TIG Welder with a strong understanding of welding processes and techniques.
Ability to work with various metals, particularly stainless steel and aluminum.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good physical stamina and dexterity, with a strong focus on safety practices.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Flexibility to work on different projects and locations as required.
