A Retail Artist at our beauty brand is the heart of where all the magic happens in our stores and counters. You will be based on the shop floor, responsible for empowering customers to be their most beautiful selves, so they have the confidence to achieve their dreams.
You will do this through combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. Your goal is to make our products accessible to everyone, adapting your style to suit each customer's needs.
Your role involves working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs. You must be able to adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to open up for stratospheric success. As a true brand ambassador, you will champion world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience.
We are looking for someone who aspires to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen – and continues to grow. You should love all things beauty and not be afraid to spread the word. Ideally, you will have had some experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. You will also ideally have experience in applying makeup and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs.
