Insurance Leadership Position
We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to take on a leadership role within our sales team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of insurance advisors, ensuring they achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Lead and mentor a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Monitor performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the renewals and new business process for Personal & Commercial Insurance clients.
* Handle complex queries and escalations, acting as a point of expertise for the team.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Experience in Personal & Commercial Insurance, with a strong understanding of policy renewals and new business.
* AAPA or CIP qualification (or Grandfathered in insurance sales).
* A proven track record in leading, coaching, or mentoring a team within the insurance or financial services industry.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
