Residential Property Management Role
Your new role will involve overseeing the administration of a portfolio of residential developments, including managing client queries, credit control issues, and liaising with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely responses to correspondence, approval of drafts, and review of correspondence to ensure adequate response.
* Review and manage OMC's (Owners Management Companies) credit control issues.
* Liaise with Operations Department for work required on each development, encompassing tendering process, insurance policies, and claims.
* Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing work to support staff.
* Monitor work to ensure completion according to schedule and quality standards.
* Represent and speak on behalf of the company to the Board of Directors/Developers.
* Review and interpret goals and objectives to resolve problems and make recommendations for changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Possess a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognised organisation within the property industry.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
* Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation.
