Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
General office administration (filing, photocopying, scanning, managing office supplies)
Data entry and document control
Assisting with reports and correspondence
Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments
Receiving, inspecting, and recording
Monitoring vehicles and plant maintenance
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role within a busy office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Clean driving licence
Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Experience with Utility Companies would be helpful,but not essential
