----------------------------------- The Senior Client Service Advisor will be responsible for client servicing of a range of global inward accounts. This role requires a high level of expertise and experience in commercial clients and general insurance knowledge. The ideal candidate will have relevant broking experience and hold CIP qualifications (minimum) or progress to ACII. They must also meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards and provide evidence of compliance with maintaining CPD hours (min 2 year).
----------------------------------- As a Senior Client Service Advisor, you will be part of a lively Global Division, working closely with the Client Service Executive to handle clients' renewals from start to finish. You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of varied global inward businesses within a busy and pro-active broking environment. Your key responsibilities will include handling clients' renewals, assisting with mid-term alterations, dealing with day-to-day client and carrier queries, and administrative duties. You will also provide support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claims.

You must be a great teammate with the ability to work independently, prioritizing your workload and delivering on objectives. Additionally, you should have a strong dedication to understanding customer needs and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft platforms such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
