Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Business Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence within the Life Sciences sector.
* Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with prospective clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering bespoke solutions.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
* Market Insights: Stay updated on trends and developments in the Life Sciences industry to identify new opportunities and provide informed consultation.
* Team Collaboration: Partner with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations effectively.
* Performance & Reporting: Achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and deliver regular business development reports to senior management.

* Proven experience in business development within the recruitment industry, ideally in the Life Sciences sector.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the needs of Life Sciences clients.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
