The successful candidate will ensure compliance with NEC contracts, oversee contractor performance, and lead a team of Contract Administrators. With the ability to analyze complex information, develop effective solutions, and make informed decisions quickly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices;
* Effective communication skills; both written and verbal;
* Certification or relevant experience in quantity surveying or project management would be advantageous
