Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Night Manager Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests' queries are handled promptly and efficiently during the night shift.
* Liaise with Reception to ensure all guest requests are attended to.
* Ensure that the team of night porters carry out their duties as per hotel standards.
