About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate to support the CSR team to ensure the quality and timely completion of the CSR (Client Suitability Report) document.

Key responsibilities of this position will include:

* Process CSRs from task list generated daily in XPlan;
* Meet CSR individual and team performance targets for ‘run rate’ and ‘error rate’;
* Escalate process delays or issues to the CSR Process Owner on a weekly basis to ensure a continuous flow of CSR; production within agreed timelines;
* Contribute feedback, suggestions, and participate in root cause analysis and other CSR improvement initiatives;
* Implement corrective action, preventative actions, changes and improvements as necessary to the management of CSR production;
* Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.

About You

* Third level qualification in a Business related discipline;
* Previous experience working in an administrative position;
* A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
* A flexible, positive attitude towards work;
* Excellent attention to detail;
* An ability to work effectively as part of a team;
* Excellent organisational skills;
* An ability to prioritise own workload.
