About GR8 SocialGR8 Social is Ireland's newest destination for competitive socialising — combining boutique bowling, AR darts, simulator games, cocktails, and food in a premium setting.We're growing fast and need someone who can help us attract, convert, and delight guests — online and in person.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Growth & Events Specialist who will drive bookings, build partnerships, and coordinate unforgettable events.This role is part digital marketing strategist, part community builder, and part event producer.Your goal: fill every lane, table, and simulator — and make every visit worth sharing.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth MarketingPlan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to drive bookings and voucher sales.Optimise landing pages and online booking funnels to increase conversion rates.Manage CRM campaigns — segment audiences and create automated email flows for birthdays, group nights, and corporate leads.Report on campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, bookings, voucher revenue).Build partnerships with local businesses and influencers to reach new audiences.Events CoordinationLead planning and delivery of corporate bookings, private parties, and promotional nights.Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth event execution.Create and manage event calendars for themed nights, launches, and seasonal activations.Liaise with corporate clients for team-building events — from first contact to event delivery.Capture event photos/videos and feed them back into marketing content.You'll Succeed If YouThrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments.Understand digital growth metrics and how to throw a great party.Can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and personalities.Have a flair for storytelling and brand experience — both online and in-venue.Requirements2–4 years' experience in marketing, growth, or event coordination (hospitality or leisure preferred).Proven results managing paid ads or digital campaigns.Confident using Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email automation tools.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Availability to work evenings/weekends for events.What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonus based on bookings and event targets.A creative, energetic environment with room to grow as we expandOpportunity to build the brand voice of one of Ireland's most exciting hospitality concepts.Job Type: Full-timePay: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Parnell Park, Dundalk, CO.
