Regional Sales Manager
to lead the expansion of our commercial footprint across the West of Ireland, based in the Galway region.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, is a key leadership role in the business to manage the Greater Galway region across multiple selling channels (on trade, hotels, food lead accounts, shops, disruptive routes to markets).
The role is an in-field sales role to lead F2F sales calls with some of the time spent doing desk work developing the region with improved digital CRM sales strategies. The role is supported with a draught quality technical team and delivery support for keg products.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage all sales (direct and indirect) with existing customers across all channels.
* Develop the Western Region cross channel sales growth winning new distribution points across all channels (pubs, retail, restaurants)
* Develop digital based CRM selling strategies and implement same.
* Shape the route to market to scale up in the region. (including in the short-term managing a local storage warehouse in Galway).
* Develop and execute sponsorship strategies and customer marketing activations in the region.

Desired qualifications
* A passion for beer or/and experience in the beer segment.
* Proven track record in sales.
* Excellent commercial acumen, understands and can create value chains and navigate detailed margin and pricing conversations with skill.
* Ninja status in relationship management with he ability to work brilliantly with the wider team and customers.
This role will have great support from across the team in marketing, sales, finance and logistics and there is significant scope for the incumbent to shape and lead the role to scale for the future. Therefore, this role will suit a highly motivated, passionate, creative self-starter.
