Support Worker - Children's Residential Services
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Dublin, working with children and young people in a Special Care environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of others.
About the Role:
* To provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, teachers, and healthcare professionals.
* To contribute to creating a safe and therapeutic setting where routines promote emotional stability.
You Will Need:
A minimum 18 months' experience working with children or young people, preferably in residential settings. You will also need eligibility to work in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills,
a caring approach,
and be committed to providing excellent service delivery.
The successful candidate must be willing
