Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management of all commercial aspects of projects.
* Assist with procurement, appointment, and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
* Prepare accurate monthly progress accounts and valuations.
* Monitor project costs, cashflow forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
* Participate in tender preparation when required.
* Manage final accounts and subcontractor re-measurements.
* Attend cost reporting meetings and provide ad-hoc reports.
Requirements:
* A level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.
* Minimum 3 years' experience with a main contractor or subcontractor.
* Residential sector experience preferred.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
