* Experience as a company director or in a senior leadership role
* Understanding of pension regulations and Master Trusts
* Ability to lead high-performing teams and build diverse executive teams
* Proven track record of working through governance structures
* Essential qualifications include trustee qualifications listed on the Pensions Authority's website or recent experience as a trustee or director of a trustee company
