A leading food production company based in Dublin 22 is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR operations and support a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
This is a full-time, onsite position.
This position is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys partnering closely with operational teams.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will take ownership of the full HR function, acting as a key member of the Site Leadership Team.
You will lead on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and people development, ensuring the site operates effectively and in line with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee onboarding, induction and integration of new employees.
Manage disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
Provide guidance to managers on people issues, conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
Drive performance management cycles, probation reviews and development planning.
Support training needs analysis and coordinate learning initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
Develop and maintain HR SOPs and ensure accessibility across the site.
Oversee the Time & Attendance system and ensure accurate employee data.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure payroll is processed correctly and on time.
Produce HR reports including attendance, overtime and compliance metrics.
Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational structure and culture initiatives.
Support site-wide projects and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
7 years' experience in a HR Manager role, ideally within a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong background in employee relations, performance management and HR operations.
Experience working with Time & Attendance systems.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
