Job Summary
The EDI Officer will lead on EDI initiatives, oversee the Institutes Athena Swan Action Plan, and coordinate future Athena Swan applications at Department and Institutional level.
This role requires strong project management skills, data analysis expertise, and excellent communication abilities to promote a positive EDI culture at DkIT.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a positive EDI environment through strategic change initiatives for staff and students.
* Provide advice and guidance on equality and diversity matters to support institutional objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop EDI initiatives and events that promote inclusion and diversity.
* Represent DkIT at national events to promote its commitment to EDI.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Project management experience with a focus on EDI initiatives.
* Data analysis skills to monitor and report on action plans for Gender Equality and Race Equality.
