About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will represent our products across a portfolio of grocery retailers, ensuring visibility, availability and strong commercial performance. Your responsibilities will include:
In-store execution and sales delivery
* Achieving all sales cycle objectives including value, volume, distribution and visibility.
* Maximising promotional activation in retailers such as Dunnes, SuperValu, Centra and other grocery accounts to influence shoppers along the path to purchase.
* Ensuring stores maintain appropriate stock levels to guarantee ongoing availability.
* Delivering best-in-class displays and category solutions that make products stand out.
* Educating store colleagues on product features and benefits to support confident recommendation.
Territory planning and reporting
* Building and maintaining an efficient journey plan across your grocery territory to maximise call rates, selling conversations and order growth.
* Completing daily administration accurately and on time.
* Recording all in-field activity and maintaining regular communication with your line manager and sales support.
* Identifying new opportunities within your retailers to grow sales and drive brand presence.
* Supporting additional tasks as required by your manager.
Experience and Qualifications
Career Experience
* Experience selling into grocery retailers such as Dunnes, SuperValu, Centra, Spar or similar is preferred.
* Previous use of a CRM system as part of daily work is beneficial.
* Knowledge of the grocery or FMCG industry is an advantage.
Qualifications
* A good general standard of education including Maths and English.
