This position requires the ability to direct, manage, and lead contracting operations safely, efficiently, and effectively. The successful candidate will grow market share, develop internal and external capability, and promote employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage human resources, liaise with support functions, and ensure proper record keeping.
* Program and schedule works to maximize efficiency and resource allocation.
* Prepare relevant Construction Stage Health and Safety Plans from preliminary plans.
* Liaise with Operations Managers and Supervisors to ensure compliance with procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualifications: A level 8 degree in Civil/Constructional or equivalent degree/industry-recognized safety training.
* Experience: Up to 3 years prior leadership experience in a contracting environment.
* Knowledge: Contracting, estimating, project management, health & safety, and outsourcing.
