Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving beverages to guests in accordance with company standards. Handle payments and float in accordance with company standards. Apply responsible alcohol management awareness and ensure all customers too intoxicated to serve are pointed out to a member of senior management. Ensure that the bar, front-of house and other areas are clean and maintained.
Sunday to Thursday until 1am
Friday and Saturday 3am
Duties and Responsibilities:

· Must have at least 2 years' experience in a 4* environment or similar
· Spirit, Cocktail and Wine knowledge
· Anticipate and exceed the needs of our customers
· Ensure guests are made to feel welcome, receive excellent customer service and are encouraged to return
· Other duties as requested
Requirements:
· Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
· Must have clear written and verbal communication skills
· Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description
· Must be able to responsibly handle cash and other transactions
· Must be able to consolidate and coordinate needs for all tables within their station
· Must be able to carry food and beverages
· Must be able to work in a team environment
