We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help a leading social media company grow its independent agency partnerships. In this role, you'll focus on acquiring and onboarding high-value agencies through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with independent agencies.
2. Conduct discovery sessions to understand agency needs and deliver customized advertising solutions.
3. Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand market share.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers.
5. Craft compelling proposals using insights, trends, and case studies.
6. Lead negotiations and close deals that drive long-term growth.
7. Provide market feedback to refine acquisition strategies and service offerings.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
9. 3+ years in sales, business development, or related fields.
10. Fluent in French and English.
11. Proven success meeting or exceeding acquisition and revenue targets.
12. Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
13. Excellent communication skills in French and English.
14. Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, Pitchbook, etc.
15. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
