Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent analytical skills.
The role involves working closely with various teams, including Traders, Development, Delivery, and Engineering, to resolve issues and optimize the performance of proprietary trading systems. The successful candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and optimizing applications, as well as deploying and reviewing changes to the production environment.
* Address queries and investigate issues from Traders
* Troubleshoot and optimize proprietary applications
* Real-time monitoring of trading environment
* Deploy, review, and test changes to production environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
* Degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent industry experience
* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with Change Management and Incident Management Procedures
* Financial systems experience
