About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Senior Manager to join our Financial Business Partnering team. This role is designed for individuals with strong analytical skills and experience in providing independent financial services to support business growth.
Job Description
* Liaise with Support department heads to understand business requirements and develop strategic plans to drive performance improvement.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
* Develop and implement financial management initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency and profitability.
* Partner with operations teams to provide insightful data-driven insights and drive decision-making.
* Analyse data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve divisional gross margin.
* Develop and maintain relationships with Executive and Senior Business Leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fully qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.
* A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in an industry financial role, preferably with reporting and analysis experience.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with Executives and Senior Business Leaders.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a small team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
