TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit a temporary Grade IV Assistant Staff Officer in Sligo Job Title: Grade IV Assistant Staff Officer Full Time: 35 hours, Monday- Friday, 9-5 Location: Sligo Town Duration: 3 month initial contract Pay rate: €*****- €***** per hour depending on previous relevant public sector experience Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to multidisciplinary clinical teams in the delivery of healthcare services Type and process consultant letters, clinical correspondence, and reports in an accurate and timely manner Undertake audio and digital dictation for consultants and other clinical staff Prepare, record, and circulate minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of decisions and actions File, retrieve, and maintain patient charts and records in accordance with GDPR.
Maintain, update, and monitor databases and information systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HSE standards.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements Proven experience as a Clerical Officer or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in minute taking at meetings.
Great typing skills, including dictaphone typing experience.
Strong data management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
