**Job Title:** Senior Social Care Worker
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Worker to join our team in Kingscourt, County Cavan. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities/ABI/Autism through a person-centred approach.
* To assist persons with disabilities in achieving their highest level of functioning and maintaining independence through residential, training, and day service activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* A qualification at Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching or Nursing is required.
* Have at least two years' experience working in a residential/respite/day service setting with people having intellectual disabilities.
* CORU registration (or currently obtaining it) is essential for this role.
